W3Techy Enterprise reserves the absolute right to terminate accounts, suspend access, or modify usernames if, in our sole discretion, we determine that an account credential has been compromised, appropriated, or used in violation of these Terms.
4. Prohibited Activities and Acceptable Use Policy
You may not access or use the Platform for any purpose other than that for which W3Techy Enterprise makes the Platform available. The Platform may not be used in connection with any commercial endeavors except those specifically endorsed or approved in writing by W3Techy Enterprise.

- Use any automated scripts, bots, spiders, scrapers, crawlers, data mining tools, or extraction tools to gather, monitor, or copy Content or data from the Platform;
- Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, decipher, or attempt to derive the source code, underlying algorithms, or operational mechanisms of any software comprising or in any way making up a part of the Platform;
- Upload, transmit, or attempt to upload or transmit viruses, Trojan horses, worms, logic bombs, time bombs, cancelbots, corrupted files, or any other malicious or technologically harmful software or material;

- Use the Platform in a manner inconsistent with any applicable laws, regulations, or local legal frameworks.
5. User-Generated Contributions and Licensing Grant
By submitting or publishing user-generated contributions on W3Techy—including technical commentary, code snippets, community tutorial suggestions, pull requests, or custom script submissions—you explicitly grant W3Techy a perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide, royalty-free, and non-exclusive license to host, cache, reproduce, modify, adapt, execute, index, display, and distribute your content across our publishing network. When sharing technical assets (such as Python automation scripts, React component patterns, or SQL database schemas), contributors must verify that their code is an original work or properly licensed under compatible open-source terms (such as MIT, Apache 2.0, or CC BY-NC-SA 4.0), strictly ensuring it contains no proprietary corporate logic, hardcoded API secrets, or malicious payloads. To maintain legal compliance and site integrity, all user-generated content enters an automated ingested pipeline: raw text and code are processed through AST (Abstract Syntax Tree) sanitizers to neutralize cross-site scripting (XSS) vulnerabilities, while comments undergo real-time Akismet API inspection and heuristic spam evaluation. By agreeing to these governing terms of service, contributors retain underlying ownership of their work while guaranteeing that W3Techy has full sub-licensing and operational rights necessary to safely serve, reformat, and archive community contributions across our public infrastructure.
